One of my favorite podcasters, Emily P Freeman, has this beautiful practice of reflection where she completes the prompt of ‘These are the days of…’ This is my reflection based off of her prompt from the past handful of weeks, and I wanted to include the positive and less positive things:

- An abundance of eucalyptus scent through San Francisco after the rain.
- Frequent purchases of pumpkin spice things (lattes, scones, cookies, bread, etc…)
- Learning more about TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) – body types and tongue reading to better care for my hair, period, and body overall
- being excited to practice Mandarin again as I will be visiting Taiwan in the Spring
- Feeling overwhelmed at work as I figure out how to balance all my responsibilities and time
- Having more homework and reading to do for classes
- Avocado and egg toasts for breakfast
- Investing in good quality winter clothing for myself
- Making 麻婆豆腐 with Impossible Meat
