I actually will start with 3 things that didn’t work:
1. Having a bed time past 11:00 pm.
2. Having a lot of reading homework for only two graduate classes while also working full time.
3. Staying in a place where my faith could not grow, enlarge, and expand

3 things that did work in 2023:
1. Starting a mini strength training routine at home to feel stronger
2. Getting a portable stove so I could cook comfortably where I live.
3. Finding a community where faith could be explored healthily. But also realizing going 2x a month only was most sustainable for me, since it’s an hour away 😅
