These are the days of…

…going cycling at the university gym before one of my graduate classes:

… celebrating my birthday with my new in-law family and getting this gift from my brother in law that I placed on my monitor at work:

…celebrating my mother-in-law’s birthday by arranging this bouquet of her favorite flowers!:

…having the chance to lie down and stare at the sky at one of my favorite places. This is one of the pathways nearby:

… spotting giant pumpkins at Whole Foods (hand for reference):

…having a fun date night with Jacob where we got really nice frozen pizzas from Whole Foods with rosé with these fun pumpkin cinnamon donut holes while watching Jumanji :

… getting drawings from the niblings-in-law for my birthday:

… eating Vegan 滷肉飯 from one of my favorite local Taiwanese restaurants ! I was very impressed and will be coming back for more ! :

… having a date night where Jacob and I dressed fancy and drew each other drawing each other:

… having our peppers grow – a lot of them ! :

… and cooking a yummy Mediterranean rice and chicken dish (I have some pointers on how to improve though so I am going to try again next week):
