These are the days of…
(It’s been exactly a month since I’ve been able to share a post like this ! So I have lots of photos, sharing the good and the bad).

… going to Red Hot Wok with Jacob and my dad for a Lunar New Year celebration:

… discovering that Sanrio has opened its own storefront in Cupertino. Sanrio seems to be making a comeback these days:

… noticing a possum on my way to work:

… university superiors doing whatever we can to protect our students and faculty in the midst of the crazy government administration right now:

… JJ also attending the meeting (also, maybe it was a fault of mine, but this was the day that JJ was not allowed to come on campus anymore. I was very sad about it and cried for two days):

… taking JJ out walking in the rain:

… JJ hanging out with my dad:

… biking to a local coffee shop in Sunnyvale. I got this specialty drink and it did not taste great… and then they closed earlier than they normally do…:

… going to the local Urban Plates location for dinner. This place is always so delicious and not crazy expensive, which is much appreciated.

… playing a new version of Upwords with Jacob (I won this round!):

… more photos of JJ being held:

… visiting the local coffee shop for lunch to enjoy a short and lovely reading break from the work day:

… taping Jacob’s valentine card to the cabinets of my office:

… more photos of JJ again:

… Jacob taking me to a fancy French cuisine restaurant in South San Jose:

… staying in Pacifica for the weekend with Jacob’s old young adults’ group:

… and receiving very lovely and thoughtful gifts from Jacob for Valentine’s Day:

Thanks for reading !
