I grew up in the Bay Area but have never come to this garden until recently, so please enjoy my photos ! It was not as big as I thought it would be, but it definitely is very pretty. I was surprised to learn that it was actually an American family who had this commissioned to be built on their home. In any case, it has become a lovely site for Japanese/Asian-American celebration now, and is very well kept.
