These are the days of…

…seeing more of the ocean by one of my internships:

…starting to use my Japanese clay pot for making lots of warm, soup-y, hot-pot-y meals:

…finally visiting Menlo Park downtown for the very first time for a French club meetup:

…doing a quick early evening hike near Stanford:

…having some SF Boudin for dinner:

…taking JJ with me on some studying trips:

…admiring nature near my internship while waiting for a bus to pick me up (I am trying to take public transport to my one of my internships occasionally to save myself some stress from commuting):

…taking more photos of JJ at our place:

…walking around the city since my car AND bike had issues… :

…taking more cute photos of JJ the fluffball:

…ordering this really yummy, caffeine-free coconut drink twice this past week:

…attending a staff development day at one of my other internships. There were treats provided along with a lot of mental-health related stickers:

…going to Santa Cruz to hike and bringing along JJ again:

…spotting banana slugs:

…being able to see Monterey Bay from the vista point of this Santa Cruz trail !:

…eating at Nico’s ice cream. This was the real reason why I wanted to come to Santa Cruz. My husband and I had Nico’s in Monterey the week before and it was so yummy, I wanted to go again – thankfully to a closer location:

…taking some Nico’s ice cream home:

…stumbling upon a Mid-Autumn Festival event before grocery shopping. We walked around and this unique egg tart booth caught my eye. I ended up buying their black sesame and ube tart home:

…seeing these cool apples at 99 ranch:

…discovering that Bibigo is a real company and Mandu is a real brand (from the k-drama Busines sproposal) – spotted at 99 ranch:
