These are the days of…
…trying out the new Mian place that serves super tasty noodles:

…spotting Kpop Demon Hunter posters at a Miniso store:

…joining a new gym primarily to keep up with boxing:

…Jacob sending me a silly photo of a drawing I did in a book I finished reading (that he is now reading):

…eating lots of warm stuff, including this congee with eggs, sesmae oil, green onions, and coconut aminos:

…working on Kpop demon hunters coloring pages at one of my internships:

…getting more yummy Korean corn dogs. Jacob and I both wanted to try the potato one, which was like little stubs of fries and was tasty, but I feel like it overpowered the taste of the actual corn dog, so I probably won’t get the potato add-on again:

…visiting the soft opening of an eastern style furniture store:

…getting the bento at 99 ranch. I realize I really should have stuffed that thing:

…finding a Bridgerton shirt next to some Lunar New Year clothing at Target:

…making my own pizza bread with homemade bread:

…getting more beautiful ocean scenery at one of my internships:

…getting Valentine’s Day edition crumbl cookies for my Jacob:

…Jacob treating me to Italian food for Valentine’s Day weekend:

…seeing lots of Lunar Near Year decor at the mall and feeling celebrated:

…finding and purchasing sourdough starter at Eataly !:

…and then making my first sourdough loaf… this one was only slightly successful. My next loaf was even worse so I am still working on it (I am also stubbornly only using Italian flour so it has been tricky getting the ingredient ratios right):

…finally using the blender that my parents in law gave me and making a warm Chinese herbal smoothie with jujube dates, goji berries, red beans, and black rice (all cooked first):

…counting down the days until my Europe trip on Airbnb:

…going to Red Hot Wok for Chinese New Year with Jacob and my dad:

…attending some Lunar New Year performances at Santana Row:

…adding daikon in my monthly herbal chicken soup breakfast recipe to help with phlegm/dampness:

…making some Chinese steamed egg with rice:

…also baking some white sweet potato:

…spotting some Kpop demon hunter-themed make-up at ULTA:

…hanging out with JJ:

Thanks for reading ! I am in the last 2 and a half months of grad school and internships so I am really starting to feel the business. I hope to at least upload things on here once a month for my own sake honestly !
