…Taking lots of photos of JJ as we have been dogsitting him and I have been taking him to work:






…On work form home days when I have more time in the morning, as well as on weekends, I have been making this yummy garden scramble for breakfast which includes plenty of veggies, eggs, and Tillamook cheese. This photo also features the whole wheat bread I made with jam:

…Making focaccia bread for the first time ! My first one was too soft, and my second one was too crispy, so I have a bit of an idea now of how to find a happy middle ground (half of the second one has cheese on it):



… also making my own tortillas ! these were a bit thick and so now I know how to make them a bit thinner:

… hanging out with Jacob’s brother in Livermore and finding a cozy coffee shop to chill in plus eating at a very festive restaurant for dinner:

… making artisan bread for the second time but with less time for it to rise and with mostly only regular organic all-purpose flour. I used a little bit of organic whole wheat flour only when kneading. I think I would still like to try another whole wheat loaf again though:
